I’ve read heaps of Dee Henderson books. My two latest favourites are Deeanne Gist and Jenny B Jones. They are hilarious! π
Have you ever read any of Karen Kingsbury? I LOVE her. She is a Christian author who has written over 45 books about real life. My two favorite series’ of hers are the Redemption Series and the Firstborn Series. Lots of romance! π
No, I haven’t actually. But my eyes are on her books!! I shall have a look at those series. Does she write similar to Francine Rivers? I have just finished reading ‘The Atonement Child’ and ‘Redeeming Love’. They were amazing – highly recommended!!
Haha yay!! Can’t go wrong with romance π
I actually haven’t read any Francine Rivers, but I will have to do that and see! Does she write more historical fiction?
Really!! Well, it depends. I believe she has a mixture of both. Her latest releases are more modern I believe, however I haven’t actually read it. But for the ones I have read, yes, I would rank them more on the historical side.
Make sure you check out this fabulous new e-book. It’s Christian fiction suspense with a bit of romance thrown in. I absolutely LOVED it! And was also privileged to get a sneak peek, as I was part of the design and editing team. This link will take you to one of the opening chapters:

If you like that one, you can check out eight more sample chapters here ~ and it’s on a special pre-release price at the moment too π

Let me know what you think, ok?
Wow that’s a lot of books, but I guess when you write them all down, they do add up! Thanks for a great post.
Thank so much for visiting π
I know! I looked at my list just the other day and am astonished at how many books I have read!! The list is also about to get longer. I might have to sort them out differently again π
Also, I saw that you liked my Giveaways page. There will be another giveaway this week, beginning tonight. Hope to see you there π
Hi! Thanks for checking out my blog. I have a book suggestion for you that I think you will like. It’s called Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. Rivers uses the story of Hosea and adds a more modern (but still set back in the industrialization era) twist. The book is truly a gem!
Thanks for checking out my blog. I hope you had a blast π
The book sounds really interesting. Hope to get to it these holidays.
God Bless
I didn’t see anything on your list that I’ve read so I guess there’s a lot of catch up to do π
Many thanks for following.
Yes, I know!! Their are a lot of books π I have recommended my favourite ones in previous comments, which you have probably already read.
Your welcome! π
What a collection! Any that really stood out about the rest?
Well definately those books by Denise Hunter, Colleen Coble and Marylu Tyndall. Then there is the Tamera Alexanda book “To Whisper Her Name” and Jenny B Jones. Another favourite of mine was “A Simple Mistake” by Andrea Grigg. I Hope that narrows it down for you a little π
Thanks! I have read and enjoyed books by Hunter and Coble, so when I have a chance I’ll probably check out the others. Finding another author to enjoy is like making a new friend!! π
Have to agree with you on that one π
There is also another book that I have forgotten to recommend- Claiming Mariah by Pam Hillman. It is a romance novel unable to be left alone!!!
Hello!
Thanks for stopping by at my blog, liking my post and commenting. So glad to connect with another Christian book blogger! Now that I’ve found you, will be stopping by often.
HI there – thanks so much for liking my blogpost! Interested to see that you review Christian books too. There’s a new one I think you might be interested in – it’s supposed to be for kids, but I think it is absolutely for adults too. Look on amazon for Zoe Pencarrow and the River of Life by Dan Robertson. They have the reviews in the first 10 pages you can read online. It’s so full of Jesus’ love, and makes you just want to laugh and cry again and again. Let me know if you like it!
I’ll enjoy seeing what you are up to next.
Blessings
Janet
Thanks so much for the recommendation! I shall do my best to read it and get back to you π Thanks also for visiting my blog. Hope to see you in the future π
