Psalm 130:4 – But with you there is forgiveness, therefore you are feared.
Nehemiah 9:17b – But you are a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.
Matthew 26:28 – This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Micah 7:28 – Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy.
Colossians 2:13 – When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having cancelled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross.
Luke 1:76 & 77 – And you, my child, will be called a prophet of the Most High; for you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for him, to give his people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins.
Acts 10:43 – All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.
Acts 13:38 & 39 –Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, through him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses.
Colossians 3:13 – Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Ephesians 4:31&32 – Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Matthew 6:14 & 15 – For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
