Love

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Galations 5:22-23

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. God is love. 1 John 4:7-8

This is love: not that we loved Hod, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. 1 John 11&16b

And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 4:6

Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. THis is the first and the greatest commandment. And the second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. Matthew 22:37-39
